Ergonomics sits awkwardly between professional services, healthcare and furniture retail, and most companies pick one and look generic inside it. Tyler wanted something genuinely different across both brand and print.
The website had the harder problem: visitors arrive from completely different directions. Some know exactly which product they want. Others only know their back hurts by 3pm. A single product-led navigation fails half of them.

Three parallel paths through one set of content, by search query, by ergonomic need, and by the specific ache or pain the visitor is experiencing. Someone who cannot name what they need still arrives at the right answer.
That structure also maps directly onto how people phrase questions to AI assistants, which is increasingly where this research starts.
