Mother’s Restaurant sits in the heart of the New Orleans CBD with an identity consistent for over a century. That heritage is the asset, and it was not up for redesign.
Everything around it had to modernise, ordering, discovery, performance, while treating the existing mark as untouchable. And it had to compete in New Orleans restaurant search, among the most contested local categories in the country, against establishments with equally deep history.
