Giani Building occupies a landmark New Orleans corner and has housed notable residents. That prestige had to come through without the identity tipping into the generic luxury-property look, thin sans-serif type over a stock balcony photo, that every competitor already uses.
And leasing had to genuinely function online, from browsing available units through to reserving one.
Our Approach
Weight instead of gloss. We built the identity on classic, powerful typography with real presence, positioning the building as architecture with history rather than inventory on a listing site.
Built around the leasing decision. Unit availability, specifications and a path straight through to reservation, full booking and checkout, so a prospective tenant moves from interest to commitment without a leasing office call.
