The Challenge
Construction and general contracting is a referral-heavy business, but referrals only get you so far. Every homeowner and property manager who calls Giani Building first Googles the name to check the work is real. If the site looks like it was built in 2012, the referral goes cold. If the portfolio isn’t obvious, the caller drops off. Giani Building was losing verification traffic to the way they looked online.
