The Challenge
Home services in New Orleans metro is a trust-first business. Homeowners searching for a painter, electrician, or handyman are half-worried they’re about to make a bad decision. The websites and brands they see in the first ten seconds decide who gets called. Evergreen was doing great work and losing calls to competitors who simply looked more professional online.
The old site loaded slowly, didn’t work well on phones, and buried the phone number below the fold. Google Business Profile hadn’t been touched in years. Reviews were coming in but not being asked for systematically. All the fundamentals were leaking.
